Storm damage to my house resulted in damage to my neighbours car. My insurance company say it's not there problem and he should contact his own motor insurance company.Reading through my own policy(buildings)It does say
I really want to do the "right" thing so any help or advice on this matter would be appreciated.

He should make a claim on his car insurance who will probably claim the money back from your household insurers.
