WHAT are they playing at !! firstly they tell everyone that they have to pay for delivery and then with public outrage they caved in and now have put free delivery back.
THEN they decide to drop the buy now pay later 0% interest on 52 weeks and now only use it on 104 weeks at 29.9 APR.
NOW they have decided to drop commision and introduce a rewards scheme that is falwed and useless.
I AM ABSOLUTELY SEEEETHING !
i noticed my commision has stopped on items i paid before the rewards started and still currently pay for, the item i ordered after rewards started they are now saying i am NOT entitled to a reward because the item was in a sale ... TOTAL NEWS TO ME.
When contacting them they have replied saying it is in their terms and conditions well not the letter i got, believe me i would not have ordered knowing what i know now.
I wont be using kays or litlewoods again and i have had kays catalogue since i was 18 i am now 37, i have lost all my customers because of their prices and the apr etc so theres no point for me getting new ones as i wont get commision and rewards wont count as most of the time we look for a bargain in the SALES !!!!!! they have all the time.
Does this mean on there now current buy 2 get one free that no one will get rewards ?? VERY SLY

They are being unfair and cashing in on the buy now pay later with the APR because they know people are struggling and xmas comming up feel its necesarry and have no other option on using it because otherwise they cant afford it.
Well i for one wont be ever again.

I have taken my complaint about the commison to the trading standards to see what they think.

I think you need to calm down a bit.

If you contacted Kays in a similar manner then they probably won't feel to inclined to help you very much - we all know the thing about writing a letter when angry...
