Ltd Company...Annual Return help

Hi,
I'm sole-trader but last year to protect my "company name" i registered as
a Ltd company at Companies House.
Everything went smooth and now after a year i have recived "363s Annual Return" form (partly filled).

Now i just wonder how easy to submit this form? Anyone have submited this?
Do i just need to sign and send in?

What else forms im going to get because i have a Ltd company now?
Just this Annual Return?

How/Which form do i use to tell Companies House that my company isn't trading?
And how do i submit dormant company accounts?

The 363 - you may need to fill in some info re shareholders etc but just check through the form and fill in the blanks. In future years it will always be done for you.
To file dormant company accounts use form DCA and send it to Companies House.

Don't forget to file dormant accounts with the Inland Revenue too.
