Lightspeed grumble

got my 400 points in the end! don't know for sure if it was because of my 2 emails or whether i'd have got them anyway....funny thing was, later that day i got a second email from Lauren, (prob because i'd sent 2 emails) saying they couldnt trace my problem at all and could i send the survey details....glad my points went in then as i don't keep the emails with the survey invites and details on...:o

I have just had 5 surveys in my lightspeed account, the most I've had for a long time, I thought whats going off here! I did all of them and each took around 20-25 mins and one by one they ALL then gave me the 'this survey is now full' message. This happens I know and more often on lightspeed than any other survey site but all of them is just too much. I think I'm going to complain about it this time as this is really taking advantage

In my experience you don't get any results from complaining to the infamous 'Lauren'. All I was getting was an apparent computer generated reply - which totally missed the point of what I was saying. Life is too short.....
