i was fiddling with the various settings and now I have deleted the "new page" control on the upper left hand corner. how do I get it back? help please...

    Thanks for your reply Donnie but I still don't get the new page icon that I can click if I want to open a new page...

    View, Toolbars, Customize, Buttons, Browser, New Page = Click and hold down then drag onto Browser Toolbar.
