Early discharge and kays catalouge

I have been BR since mid June and have continued to get statements and payment requests from kays, with the excuses being wide range, things like a blip in the system they are waiting on one document and the like, then they write from different depts and say they are all unaware of what is going on, the OR has sent in 2 credit reports as they said they did not get the first, now they are saying when i am discharged they will update the records and only then, they need the discharge certificate, the OR sent me an early discharge form 10 or so days ago saying she was proceeding with the ED in 14 days, so as my circumstances remain unchanged it is due in 4 or so days time.
kays seem to be carrying on as normal, should i be worried ? They say that without the discharge paper they cannot do anything.

Ignore them and get on with life. Their incompetence with records is not your fault nor is it your problem.

They will never get any money from you (legally), no matter how hard they stamp their feet over it.
