Thanks for the replies Stapeley...
That's correct I am disputing I am the person that is responsible for the debt hence doing the SAR.
They have sent me lots of statements and printouts from their computers but nothing that shows this is me... and they obtained a charging order on my house with that!
They also ignored my request for giving me the money back that I paid. I will write a complaint to Barclaycard about that and if they don't return it I'll contact the FOS.0
