Buyer not collected item yet

How long do you give someone to collect item?

I sold a item on the 14th & i agreed it could be collected either friday or monday, i did'nt say which week thou. Had a e-mail about collecting last friday but no contact on the day, & none since. Do i send a e-mail insisting he collects it this week or pay using pp.

I would email him just saying its been 6 days since he won and after the 7th day you would usually open a non paying buyer dispute. Ask him if he still wants the item and if he does to pay by paypal and arrange a date/time that suits YOU for him to collect. Or you will assume he no longer wants it and opens a dispute. Thats what id do anyway :) Hope you get it sorted

If he doesn't collect you need to either open a NPB dispute or ask for a mutual cancellation to get your Final value fees back. Otherwise ebay will still charge you

Ask for cash on delivery not paypal. With paypal on a collection item you have no proof of delivery so technically they can take the item away then claim through paypal for non receipt which they would win
