    Still waiting.
    They've at least escalated it now internally.
    I've provided my readings but they insist I'm missing one. I've only ever had 3 supplies but they say there are 4 - this is because the recent estimates are for 4 readings.
    Past 9 years there has and only ever has been 3 readings - and that is still the case now.

    If the bill is particuarly high and you cannot or do not wish to pay it on go you are well within your rights to request a payment arrangement to clear the balance progressively, at the very least over a similar time frame to that the problem exsisted for.

    On an ongoing basis it would be prudent to ensure all readings used to bill you are actuals wether supplied by yourself or the meter readign agency.
