Abbey CCard question?

in Credit cards
Hi All, i wonder if you can help me?
I'm thinking of getting The Santander Credit Card, the 0% for 15 months one, it says "0% for 3 months on purchases from date of account opening"
does this mean i can use the card to pay for things IE a loan that i have [not with abbey that is at 19%] and will it still be 0% for 15 months as long as i don't use the card again or beyond 3 months?
I'm worried if i use the card to shift the loan, the 0% offer will no longer be valid for the 15 months
hope that makes sense,
thanks inadvance Paul.

I'd reccomend applying for a Virgin card or MBNA Platinum card.
They allow you to transfer for 16 months (Virgin) or 13 months (MBNA) any amount at 0% direct into your current account, the funds from your current account can then be used to clear the loan.
Santander (Abbey) credit cards have been getting some awful reviews lately, with reports of extremely lengthy application process, applications going missing, mis-informative, and incopetent customer service, generally the same old thing we've come to expect from Abbey since it was taken over from Santander.
Have a look at the Virgin card, it would be well worth a punt for what you want, IMO
Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48
