meter change required, but need to change supplier
My meter reader company, meter plus, have apparently been instructed by my electricity provider, to change my meter to digital soon.
But before this happens, I am changing electricity provider, once I have changed provider/supplier, if the old meter still remains, will they also need to change this meter, it hasn't been in all that long.
If they don't need to immediately do this,/do this at all, would that be because they will wait to put a 'smart meter' in instead which may be better., and only one lot of upheaval.?
Anybody know about this please?
