Sold a phone to a Nigerian

OK, I'm new to ebay so I thought I would come here for some advice.
Last week I put a phone on ebay, somebody bought it, but now their profile is "No longer a registered user".
So I relisted it today and Ebay said it did not qualify for a free relist. Now it has been bought by a Nigerian 10 minutes after I relisted!! I suspect it will be a scam of some sort but, presumably when I go to relist it again, I will get charged again!! Why am I paying all the time?
You need to report it as unpaid. If the buyer is still registered they have 7 days to respond and then you can close the dispute and get your money back. If the buyer isn't registered you should be able to close your dispute straight away. BUT if you do not report it as unpaid and then close the dispute you will not get your fees back.
You may want to consider as well as making it UK only put a buy it now price and ask for immediate payment. So that buyers only can buy it if they pay straight away. You also should send it special delivery just to make sure it doesn't get lost in the post.0
