Hi we've just bought a new car and it only comes with one key fob. .. the other is the old fashioned 'spare' key.
Does anybody know the best place to get a second fob and the approx cost for this.
Cheers

I asked my local dealer the same question last week
Brace yourself...........
For a remote control key, they quoted £88 PLUS half an hours labout (£40) to programme it.
When I picked myself up off the floor, I said "No, thank you"

I've never bothered replacing my only remote control key after I lost it drunk on NYE 2005/6. I was also quoted something daft.0 -

you can program most key fobs your self to unlock the car, but you cant usually program it to disable the immobiliser0
