                    it comes up with her e-mail address & password already in the boxes how does she get rid of them?

            Is it a web based email account? If so, try deleting your cookies.0
- 
            In Internet Explorer click on Tools, then Internet Options, then Content, then clcik on AutoComplete and then click Clear Forms and Clear Passwords.

            web based accounts are like yahoo, msn, email accounts like ones from telewest are pc based, am i right
 to delete cookies you click on tools then internet options, under the general tab there should be temporary internet files and click on delete cookies
