Is it a web based email account? If so, try deleting your cookies.

In Internet Explorer click on Tools, then Internet Options, then Content, then clcik on AutoComplete and then click Clear Forms and Clear Passwords.
You can also turn it off from happening again here. HTH

web based accounts are like yahoo, msn, email accounts like ones from telewest are pc based, am i right

to delete cookies you click on tools then internet options, under the general tab there should be temporary internet files and click on delete cookies

bear in mind in using win2000 so it may be different depending on what system you use

In that case, Tools, Options, Privacy, Saved Forms

and clear out either all of them or just the email one.
