Medion Laptop Warranty Online Registration?

Hi, would anybody know,where on the Medion.co.uk website, you can register your laptop or computer with them?

I purchased a laptop and there is no warranty card envelope in the box, so i do not know the address to send it back to. However, on the card, it states that you can register your product online. But i cannot find it anywhere.

"Thank you for contacting us.

You do not need to register the unit all we need you to do is keep your proof of purchase safe as we would require a copy of it if the unit needs to be repaired."
