Clearing off loans mortgages and credit cards?

I am just an angry b astard most of the time, don't need radgies on here making me worse!well i still do have some debt which i couldnt claim which i do pay and i do make all my payments.. so im in a similar position to most people. If the banks or loan companies didnt do their job properly thats hardly my fault.
people have a choice if they take out credit just like i did, yes i managed to get rid of most of my debt, but if the agreement was unfair the banks who rip people off and still make billions of profit should have to pay for it.
to me it just sounds as tho your angry but you dont no who to who to be angry with... i have sympathy for people struggling with debt i was in a similar position..and if their debt is unenforceable hopefuly they should be able to clear it too!Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -
ILW I was about to say the same thing, given it's the first time I've heard of these companies actually delivering what they promise, and why post after it's been sorted out.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

well i have never said anyone should go with the company i used i only mentioned the name once nor did i say they r the best or anything all i said was it cost me 500 odd quid and it was good for me...nor did i advertise them!
jeez all i was tryin to do was find out if i paid too much if i got a bargain if i should have gone alone etc and was just offering any help i could..
and im a property developer i dont work in any sorta finance sector.. if i did i wouldnt have used a company i would have known enuff about unenenforceable agreements to go it alone!and also i wouldnt be on my laptop all day i would be working in an office!0 -
Debt Hero, posts like yours are 2 a penny on here.People who are servicing their debts have the respect of everyone on here.BUT for people to attempt to shirk their debts are viewed as being pretty low on the evolutionary scale.
Its just as Proliant says, its like a kick in the teeth to honest people who are willing to pay back what they owe.
You will find on here some people who have made it their lifes ambition(very sad) to help people shirk responsability, they will always shout loudest but have little substance.
Best advice is keep paying off your debts and keep a credit rating. If you don't and your circumstances change in a few years and you want more credit youd be f***ed my friend. Banks etc won't touch you with a barge pole and if they did you would pay way over the odds for credit...
Banks have ALWAYS had the upper hand over borrowers and will in the future.Thats the deal you make when you sign up.You play with the Devil and he,ll bite your bum given the chance..You won't win.
There was a couple not long ago who did get some loans written off by going down this route, However they failed to do so on one loan and the court costs bankrupted them.
Strangely enough they were financial advisors......(says it all really)0 -
well i think im getting a hard time for no reason.. by me clearing my debt the banks paid for their mistake not the public...
i admire people paying back all their debt just as i pay back the debt i still have.
all i was trying to do was help people would had unfairly had a loan or credit card that they could clear.the way i see it is why should i have to pay for the banks mistakes if they operated the right way and the loans and credit cards where all fine i would still be paying them all.
soon as the rest of my debt is paid, i will not go anywhere near a bank. i dont need a mortgage.0 -
in what way were the bank unfair????#
you asked for money.............tthey asked you to sign some terms and conditions......hey gave you money.........you spent the money.
sorry fail to see the unfair bit?!loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
As much as I agree with many of the posts on here, the subject has been done to death elsewhere and without fail just falls into a bickering match from both sides.0

The reason its unfair was because on one loan they had not even given me a total at the bottom.. if the bank has made mistakes thats not my fault and the aim should be for people to be debt free as soon as possible not paying debt back untill they 120 even if they shouldnt have been given the debt in the first place.. what sane person wouldnt clear they debt if they could? especially if they shouldnt have been given it.. its the banks duty to be responsible with their lending not the peoples.0

So you asked for money and signed the document having ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE how much you had to repay?? - Retard!!
You clearly are not a sane person as you have no intention of repaying.
Your problem is that you are Stupid. Blame you parents for that.
You must fall over lots!!!Beware of imitations e.g. Robert Sterling0
