PPI Reclaiming

Thought you might like to know of my recent successes - I used Martin's PPI template and sent it to Egg & two to MBNA (1 loan + 1 old credit card)
Egg account had been finished for over a year - no quibble, received a letter saying they had investigated and would be sending me a cheque for £970. Cheque received 2 days later.
MBNA credit card customer service phoned and offered me £400 which I graciously accepted! Cheque has come now as well.
Still awaiting outcome of MBNA loan - will let you know how that works out.
