Thanks for the replies. I am also a trained beautician and do my own waxing at home. When I was at college I asked why it happens, the tutor said not to rub so much when putting the strips on. So now I just gently pat them on and as you've guessed makes no difference either. I might pluck the main hairs and try bleaching the rest. I dont fancy bleaching the lot its sometimes more noticeable on women!
