dvd recorder 200gb hd

has anyone got the recorder that is due in lidl on mon 29th if so is there any reviews is it any good or not was thinking of getting it even just for 3yr warranty

Trying to find out myself, but info a bit scant at present. The last batch of Targa's Lidl sold were re-badged Lite-on units and represented good value for money. The clincher for me would be for it to have 2x DVB-T tuners, but suspect it will be 1x analogue.
Anyone else got any info?

Doesn't appear to have freeview digital tuner so a bit of a pain to record freeview via a separate tuner, would appear to be a double layer recorder according to Targa website though if that what "Double-Layer DVD-Festplatten-Recorder " means

You will be very lucky to get hold of one as the last time they had DVD recorders with HDD they only got 4 in the shop and handed a voucher to the first 4 people in the line so they could get them, I waited 1 hour in line to be told when I got to the till that they had sold out but the staff were too stupid to tell people outside the shop that there was no point waiting for one as they have sold them to the first in line.

Things may have changed but I won't bother trying to get anything electrical that's on offer as they go quickly

went to a local lidl to ask if they were getting them in as they wern't on the leaflet just on the website they said they were probably just in scotland as the regional office is in scotland and they get everything up there:mad:


any way had a look in maplins does anyone rate this one its a yamada dvr-9300hx
