secured loan

I had a secured loan on my house, and paid it back some time later with a re-mortgage. I paid them the full amount due with no settlement for repaying it early, so i lost quite a bit of money, can i legally claim this back ?

    Hello there.;)

If you were mis sold for any reason and not made a successful claim for example, for sickness/unemployment etc, then yes you can.

For more info, check this link below and if you require any help from there, please post up, and of course you write to the ones who arranged and sold you the finance.
    Good luck.

  • hi sorry not mentiond in my previous thread, im not sure if ppi was taken out on the loan as it does not say in my documents but i paid them back over 15,000 pounds i think it was the full interest of the term of the loan rather than ppi ? are they allowed to do that ?

    Hi Alison

To what I know of this is correct.......I think, but hopefully someone will clarify this for you.
If you did have PPI that can really add up on your loan when paying off as well, but I would most certainly try to find out if PPI were taken out if you can.
They may infact let you know on the phone.;)
