pic problems from hosting account into turbo lister

Hi, sorry i put this in techie section,think in hindsight wrong to do that anyway,when i try to put pictures into a template (using my hosting account) in turbo lister the picture is way,way too big yet if i use the same picture straight from computer into ebays pic service it works fine.
Cannot work it out, dont know if its hosting account or turbo lister as any one experienced this before or can anyone please,please help its driving me up the wall been at it 2days,

ooo tricky one! I use Picasa to get my pics from camera on to the computer and it works fine in Turbo Lister, you ca download it free from the web and it's super easy to use....might be worth a try x
