They probably will damage it but all you can do is apologise and ask them to return it without fuss and you will refund upon return.
DO NOT argue with them, wait until you have the jacket back and then decide on your course of action, once yopu have inspected the jacket.0 -

Just be VERY polite and apologise for the jacket not being to their satisfaction, and ask them to send it back so that you can give them a full refund.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
If they open a dispute paypal will ask them to return the item to you. They have to pay return postage which you do not refund. They also have to send it recorded to prove you got it back. If the buyer realises you won't refund before you get it back they may start saying they can get it repaired if you give a partial refund etc etc. Don't fall for that just ask for the item to returned.0

I've had the same thing! It's actually best when they put in a dispute, as paypal have finally sorted it out at their end...now the buyer will HAVE to actually REALLY return it (if you press the button in paypal to say you'll refund them IF they return it), and the buyer HAS to provide tracking info to paypal,. which you confirm when you receive it. Once you provide this info, paypal will refund them, you've got the item back, and everyone is happy.
I've found if the buyer has such a moan, they just really don't want it...so call it quits and move on quickly and re sell it! Good luck!0 -
Agree with the above but just be careful what you sign for from the postie though, a lot of scammers have been sending letters recorded and using the recorded delivery number from that and claiming it was the returned itemDid you know you can get Viagra software now??? Yeah, it turns your floppy drive into a hard drive
