  • Once the boxes that contain the HotDogs are empty, I understand they make great Soap Boxes for people to stand on and preach.

Premium hotdogs for 70p a tin:rotfl:Poor kids don't have a choice what carp you're feeding them, but because it's for charity that's ok then

    Well said Lizzie :T

oh get a life please , just had a look at your other posts and it seems you are only on here to be rude to people  (especially the thread where you tell a bride to be that both dresses are minging)

If you bothered to read my other posts on here, you would have read that there will be other food at the Halloween Party too , so yes, they do have a choice.

The Hot Dogs were actually requested by some of the Children, after having them when they went camping with the Beaver Scouts.

I don't mind my Kids having a Hot Dog at a party, or even a cup of fizzy pop and buns/sweets, and do you know why? because they are well fed at home with good home cooked food by me!

That's true, but it is difficult to put a point over on here without becoming a little preachy sometimes.
It is an open forum and you have to expect POV's about things that you talk about buying, if they be tickets for some terrible boy band, or some crappy (and it is, I think no one is disputing that) food that you mean to feed to kids.
Unless they ban all comments not being totally on topic, then that will always happen and if you do ban it, this forum wouldn't be half the place that it is.

Zipybungle IMO has got the right idea, but I feel sorry for those kids that have these things as everyday food.
There I've said it, my kids wouldn't eat these at all, but I wouldn't object to them eating them at a party.
Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.

Zippybungle - we are organising the School Halloween party and have bought the hotdogs from Costco a previous poster mentioned. And yes, my children will be having them. With the sweets and crisps and cup-drinks we have bought too.

Hope the kids have a great time.

I want a hot dog now!

I don't mind any of the brands mentioned, but when you buy a hot dog from a van - last one I had maybe 2 years ago in London and delish it was too - where do they get them? They are always large and firm (some of the tinned hot dogs have a tendency to fall to bits). Oooer.

Are the ones in jars better/nicer?
