Last week I purchased a map update disk from Navman for my sat-nav. When it arrived I realised that, because of the company's slightly confusing model numbers, this disk was incompatible with my machine. I contacted their helpline (located I think in Belgium) and they emailed a return address label. I posted the disk off on Saturday and today they refunded the money in full to my Paypal account.
As for the proper map update, I bought a downloadable update which was emailed to me. I had a few problems installing it, but once again that helpline came to the rescue, guiding me through the proper procedure with patience. Each time I rang them the phone was answered immediately, and they were always courteous. So a big thumbs up to the company.
