I have returned a parcel to the Next directory containing 2 coats, £60 each and they are saying theyve not received both coats just one.
The one coat which theyve said has been received and it is shown on statement and ive checked statement over and over and can not see it on it.
Im really worried Im going to be charged. Ive got a collection service number from Hermes collection.
Any advise?

Does the collection statement give the weight of the parcel? If so, you may be able to work it out that way with Next.0

No, it doesnt go off weight, you just mark a slip which gets signed and you are left a collection no.0 -
Why they in the same packaging? I've had this issue with them twice before. You need to give them your collection number. That;s your only proof of return. Photocopy and send it off and be insistent on having returned it.0

both jackets came together in parcel so returned them the same way.

Send an email explaining. Scan your returns slip and attach to email, make sure you put your customer number on the email.
I have sent letters after letters to Next and they don't action them, so I have used this email address for the exactly the same reason as you, i got two pairs of jeans in a bag, returned them both and only one credited.
I received the credit for the other one after sending an email.

Scan both sides of the returns slip.
You will recieve an automated reply to the above email address, and they will sort your complaint out, NEXT are useless, this sort of thing happens quite alot, don't worry about it not being credited, it will be, and make sure they adjust your service charge on your statement.0 -
