I completed a Pinecone survey last week but am receiving fewer this year than previously.
Am wondering whether the panel members who currently receive £4 per survey will eventually be dropped for newer members earning £3.
My brother in law who is in his 60s, seems to receive lots of surveys from Pinecone. He receives quite a few of their testing products as well.0 -
Actually, I am soooo glad I'm not the only person affected by this!
Last month I got no household surveys or paid ones, though this month I have had a household question thing so I think I am still on the panel.I'm not a complete idiot!........... Pieces of me are missing :rotfl:0 -
I had one last week, which i received payment from today!0

I get them about once a month and still get £4.0

i get 1 a month usually but sometimes 2
also on my second test product of deodrant spray so will get an extra £4 for doing that0 -
guess they're just not interested in me anymore!
I only got paid £3 per survey, not £4 so they're not saving any money by dropping me!0 -
I had this email on the 13th Oct, I registered a few months ago but haven't heard anything since. I suppose it just depends on whether you fit the demographic they need and how many others are the same. There may be fewer 60+ people on the panel so they get more surveys.

Dear PineCone Panel Member,
We’d like to take a moment to say hello and wish you a good day. We have looked through our records and find that your household hasn’t yet been included in a study request and want to assure you of your active status on the PineCone Research panel. Some studies require specialized quota that may not match your household demographic profile. Others are conducted with certain age groups and genders which may bypass your household. So we appreciate your patience until we come around to you.
You can expect to be called upon to answer a survey once or twice a month, on average. Our client volume drives the need for participants. When selected your survey notification will come to you by e-mail. Your ID and password will grant you access to your new survey assignment.
We’d like to thank you for your continued interest in our panel. It is because of people like you that manufacturers are able to provide the types of products that you want. Your opinion is important to our clients and we appreciate your willingness to participate in our surveys and tell us what you think.

I only get £3 per survey which lately has been really quiet. Had one in September but nothing since. Had a flurry of activity with them when I first joined and it's been getting more and more quieter as the months go onI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife
