I have been a member of Pinecone for a while and used to get a survey around once a month but I've not had any now since July and wondered if any one else was in the same boat? I have emailed Pinecone to check everythings ok but haven't had a reply (2 weeks ago).
Anyone else having problems?
Thanks

I've not had this problem myself, but I have heard stories of people just getting "dropped" by Pinecone for seemingly no reason.
Can you still log in? I believe that is a sign you are still wanted, if you can log in.
It's only a game

They could have least replied to my email to let me know0 -
They have dried up for me too. I can still log in to the website. The last paid survey I completed was in September but it was June before that. I used to average about 1 a month from them.Operation House Move £11993.60/£25000 (47% achieved)

Dried up for me too.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0

I had a short questionnaire the other day, but nothing that earns vouchers for about 3 months now0

They will drop you if they know you survey for other sites. No point in the same people surveying the same things all the time.0

I haven't had any for a long time too. I think it was when they opened up joining to more people. When they sent out that slink so everyone could join without having to "find" one of their banners.
I reckon they dropped a lot of their old clients in favour of fresh ones.0 -
After not receiving any surveys for a while, I emailed them also and received a reply a couple days later. They said that they need to refresh the survey pool from time to time, so your membership with them is actually only for a limited time. Then they make your account inactive, and give opportunities to new people. It has nothing to do with being members of other sites.0
