    Hello there

I would if you no paperwork on this, maybe start if you want to by requesting a Subject Access Request (SAR), where they should send everything they still hold on you, where hopefully some useful info will come back.
There is a charge of £10 postal order or cheque payment for this, and they have 40 days to comply.
Here is the link of the template letter for the SAR:

    Post by recorded delivery.
Unless they will be nice and good enough to supply any info for you free of charge, that may be worth a go.;)

In regards of reclaiming PPI check the link below, for useful info, templates, a checklist of mis selling reasons and so on, if you require help from them, give us a yell, good luck.

    Hi there and your welcome.

The templates you require you will find on the above posted link in my last post, but in regards of the amounts, you do not have to write them on your reclaim letters, although its always handy to have a record of them, to refer to these if an offer etc.;)

i have a yb loan and if you have ppi it will say on the agreement, the loan amount the ppi amount and the interest amount, i will assume as it is not on your agreement then you are not paying ppi. i got a statement that they have to send now by law that gives you details of the loan and payments made in the past year and it should say ppi amount on that. you could just phone and make an enquiry about this and you never know you may get all the info you need over the phone. hope this helps.. if you do have ppi then do as di says, good luck with this
  • thankn you both kindly xxx
