I joined a gym (Rushden Fitness) in Febuary 2009, i signed a 12 month contract.

Now i have received a letter stating that i owe my membership charges up until January 2009!!

Is this a typo from you, or from the gym? Could you get them on a technicality?

  • Just an update on the gym membership argument.

I suggested to the gym owner that I pay the remaining months (5) of the 12 month contract, less the 3 that I wasnt aware I was a member. He agreed!

Problem sorted. Thanks to everyone who commented :hello:
