City of Westminster PCN - Common Sense Prevails

Congratualtions to City of Westminster.
One of our engineers swapped his usual van with another employee for the day, he purchased parking via his mobile phone but used his usual vans VRM and not the VRM of the van he was using. We received a PCN which I challenged stating that it was a genuine mistake etc. CoW were under no legal obligation to cancel the PCN but they did as they agreed it was a mistake and that they had received the correct fee.
Well done City of Westminster and thank you for a common sense approach.:T
