After 3 months of emails and promises from Orange that the £20 HMV vouchers would be sent in 3/5/7 days I have today received what is meant to be their final email telling me all vouchers are gone, sorry for the inconvenience !! I really don't know what to do now - whether to write it off and never deal with Orange again (as if I would anyway) or to push for some form of recompense equal to the original offer. Can really do without the stress....
  • Hi ljw2701,

If you can send me your mobile number or account number I will check this with the relevant team. My email address can be found in my profile.

Please address the email to Jonathan Orange Response.

    I hope this helps.

  • Hi

I emailed the orange team via the company rep here and still haven't heard anything since the email response saying we'll look into it. They obviously just delete the emails because I've been waiting for 3 months for the voucher. If someone turned up at my doorstep and sold me something with a freeby as part of the contract but it turned out to be a con I could tell the police. I hope you're proud of yourself orange! What do you do in your spare time, knock on old ladies' front doors whilst a colleague lets themselves through the back? Anyway, I shall keep posting negative comments until something is done. I'm starting one today warning about their new offer of free headphones that I've seen advertised.
  • Hi

My vouchers finally arrived. Thanks rep if you pulled any strings. I must admit that the hassle involved was not really worth it though. And I dread having to contact customer services if the phone or account goes wrong in the guarantee period! Hopefully everyone else can be helped too.
