Hi, i have recently decided to try and reclaim all of the charges i had applied to my old credit card. The only problem is that the account has been closed for over a year and i dont even have any old statements or anything. This means that i no longer hold any details of this credit card i used to have. Does anyone know if i can still go ahead with reclaiming my charges, and if so how?? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

You can still sent a Section 7 DPA request to the financial institution asking them to forward copies of any information they hold on you. You shouldn't need to supply an account number for them to supply the data
