I agree!! I suspect it will be delayed due to overspend and under achieving (like the last time). I doubt that they will switch anyone from CS2 to CS3 for many years - until they know for sure it works - as they were supposed to do last time, but it never got that far because it was so bad! Can't see much improvement myself but you never know, miracles may happen......0

They will be begining the change in 2010 with the hope to have all cases moved by 2013.I only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency0

I can see how they can easily migrate csa2 onto csa3 as the logic is the same (a percentage from your salary) but I just can't see how if they couldn't migrate csa1 onto csa2 they would be able to migrate them on to csa3
The working out would be so different that some pwc's would end up miles better off and some would end up miles worse off
