Property rental board

Hi,

I have a suggestion for a new board. There is already a board for house buying and selling but what about a board for renting properties.
I am shortly going to be renting out my flat for the first time (as i am going to be travelling abroad for a year) and would find it really useful to pick up tips from others.
e.g. tax implications, managed let (what the letting agents charge and is it worth it), what furniture should a landlord make available in a furnished property and other other money saving tips for potential letters of properties.

Hi, me again,

Please do consider this request. When you look through the house selling board and also the mortgage board there are quite a few posts from people who are renting out properties and doing buy-to -lets. I'm sure it's an area where we can help each other save money but at the moment the posts are jumbled up amongst several boards and are hard to find.
