There is always something I have to do which I dont- well i keep asking OH to do them but he's worse then me- replace bulbs in lounge(5-its a dimmer light) bathroom, kichen & hallway.. been put off for months now(thats aweful i know) empty hallway cupboards as they are ram packed..
Just stuff like that, I want it done before Xmasas we had an aweful time last year(did our best for ds though-he had fun) and we only moved here in March last year- I want it to feel like home as it doesnt right now..
I dont know if this is like anyone else- my last place was immaculate- really clean- I enjoyed doing it:D
Now I want the clean sparkling house with organised everything, but i dont know where to start- I dont even know how I got this way?? I've tried online flylady but its much to slow for my liking.
May be a mix of having 2nd baby (he was really ill) and PND? I'm much better now:p

Anyway, sorry for babbling & please can I join?

Four weeks ago my house was shocking. Now I'm starting to love it, and even my family has noticed how much nicer it is, and is doing extra little things to help. (Maybe your OH will even do those lightbulbs?)

Hi All

We had a lovely weekend in Norfolk and a very late night and early morning. I am so tired i could curl up and sleep for a week.
Aunt flo is here and i feel drained but have had blood tests and i am all normal well as normal as i can be lol.

Hope you are all ok. I am going up into the bedroom to sort through the wardrobe. I have three piles.

I am going to be brutal as most of it won't fit me next year anyway so i can't see the point storing it over the winter.

May get to pop back on later before work if not i will try to catch up when ds has gone to bed.

Well u lot have been busy today already, my flying started well last week but ended poorly:o

I'm quite glad it's the master bedroom today tho cos it's a mess! Right must get to it!

Monday ~ Master Bedroom
Level One
Declutter the floors
[STRIKE]Strip the bedding[/STRIKE] get it washed dried and the bed remade!
Level Two
[STRIKE] vacuum the floors[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE] Straighten a cupboard of clothing[/STRIKE]
Empty all the bins upstairs
Level Three
Tidy a box of 'stuff'
[STRIKE]Tidy up the floordrobe, inc. shoes bags and toiletries.[/STRIKE]

2. Wash windows
3. Binbag dance
4. Check doors and windows for draughts and make a plan of action for dealing with them

I'm off to the gym at lunch so will see how much i can get done before then!

Count me in Juliejim. Our BR is grim, and the kitchen needs a S&S so an hour will not be a problem. Might even get warm.

Re the carpet, do you know anyone with a carpet washer? I have one but will not be down the A50 for a while.

My flipping PC just switched itself off half way through uploading the pics :mad: there's over 300 of them too so it's going to take a while.:rolleyes:
