I ordered a package from this company on the 3/10 the money was deposited from my account on the 7/10/09 on the 13th it says order processing!i hav e tried emailing them numerous times and calling them they also have various stores around the uk still no reply i even tried calling head office no response it should not take from the 7th until todays date to receive a package royal mail are not on strike yet i just hate being ripped off has anyone else had a major problem with this company?it just seems peculiar on the website it states call anytime huh! thats a joke they dont even respond to your emails i have now threatened them with trading standards as i payed by visa debit i doubt if i will even get my money back im so angry right now!!!!!!!!grrrrrrrrrr
