    Do you have an overdraft?

I think you'll find that unless you have one, it won't allow you to transfer all your money out, leaving the balance as zero. Try doing a transfer that leaves at least 1p behind - it should work.
  • I was told by bank staff that it had to have £1 left in when I asked them to transfer my innitial deposit back to my main account. Try the transfer and leave £1 in.

As others have said, I transferred £1 into each Reward account first, then £1,000 to and from each, leaving a £1 balance - no problem instantly transferring the £1,000 back out via FP.

it wouldnt let me even just draw out a £100 of it

the worrying thing is, i have just signed on now and there is no money in the account, but it has no transactions to show, as if the £500 i paid in has now dissapeared (as of if i never paid it in!) (has been showing up until this am) and now shows nothing in the account and no transactions (in or out)

so am getting worried where my money has gone as its not even showing back in the account i drew it from or the account i tried to pay into when withdrawing!!!!

does any one know, can the £1000 be from a halifax saving account, as i have my monthly saver maturing next month and was going to put a £1000 into each of the 3 reward accounts for decembers £1000 transfer in and out, can you do that, or is it from external banks???)
