Chartered Trust on Credit Report - Who are they???

Hi
I get a monthly Equifax credit report, and the most recent one has shown a change to my file
The entry is a 'New Loan' and the company is Chartered Trust. I've not signed up to any loan agreements recently, and definitely not with this company who show up very little info when you Google search them
Has anyone heard of them?
Importantly, how do I get this removed from my credit file? I'm worried about identity theft (had this happen before and it's a nightmare)
Any advice appreciated - cheers

Oh dear... there's now a new credit card logged on my credit report
What do I do now? How do Equifax step in to help? I seem to have been hit by identity theft
Any advice appreciated0 -
Chartered Trust were purchased by the LLoyds in about 2000 and are now called Black Horse. They do car, caravan, motor bike and retail finance (for sofas and stuff) as well as personal loans.
HTHSave £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%
Make £2021 extra income - £99.750 -

Ah, many thanks. I did finance on a recent purchase thru Black Horse, so the Chartered Trust thing was a bit of a red herring
Got to get to the bottom of this credit card though

Make sure the Black Horse/Chartered Trust thingy is the right amount too
If you are sure the credit card isn't yours though then immediately place a notice on it through the credit reference company

The problem with Equifax is that their 'reports' are so vague, they dont even give you account numbers or contact details for the people on your report. You're forced to call the helpline... which I will later
