royal mail lost item claim - what is a 'working day'?

is it

mon - fri (exc bank holidays)

mon - sat

or mon - sun?

most companies that quote 'working days' say mon - fri (exc bank holidays)

    Monday to Friday normally

    You can have my opinion that working days would be mon-fri but as I don't work for Royal Mail that cannot be taken as fact;)
  • It is Mon-Fri... Although RM do work on Sat, it's almost certain they don't class it as a working day.
