Refund Tempur pillow

i bought a tempur pillow from John Lewis store as i suffer from a bad neck. but after trying it out for a couple of nights it has made it worse. just checked John Lewis refunds policy and they wont refund pillows. This pillow cost £75 so not something i just want to leave, does anyone know if Tempur themselves may refund me?

If you had ordered direct from Tempur then you could have taken advantage of their 60 day/night trial as it was you bought from JL who are under no obligation to refund the item as it has been used.

tbh I would try John Lewis first.

Were you advised at all whenmaking the purchase or did you self serve? If you discussed your problem with a sales assistant it may make your claim stronger.

Took me about 3 weeks to get used to a memory foam pillow.

It can take a few days to a few weeks (as above ) to get used to these memory foam products. Not that helps if its making your neck problems worse.... but a lot of people myself included don't realise that your not going to get instant relief and comfort.

Memory foam can take up to a month to soften properly, but you should have a good idea after a week if it is going to be ok. Sorry I know that doesn't help with your problem.

If you do manage to exchange it or get a refund, then I'd go for the memory fill type rather than the moulded type.
