Home Insurance covering my liability to 3rd parties?

Options
Hi All

This is something I'm going to take up with Endsleigh on Monday but thought I'd throw it open to you lot for some feedback.

I want to get insured against 3rd party claims with regards commuting to work on my mountain bike. This is with regards to injury and damage to property (touch wood I never need it!)

My home contents states this in the policy

Liability to the Public
We will pay any amount which You become legally liable to pay,
including costs and expenses incurred with Our consent, in defence of a
claim for damages as a result of
1) bodily injury by accident
2) damage to property
happening during the Period of Insurance and arising from occupation of
Your Home (but not its ownership) or Your private pursuits

Do you think I'd be covered under "private pursuits" or is that just too vague and I'd be better off getting specific insurance to cover me on my bicycle?

By the way, I'm not bothered about damage to the bike or the bike getting stolen, it's not worth enough to warrant that kind of concern really.
