Cleaning products ?????

My friend has moved house and the built in oven is well.......yuk!!!!!
She has tried to clean it with mr. muscle but it still leaves a lot to be desired, can anyone tell me if there is a better product out there for ground in grease?

Also cleaning a cream fabric suite, thinking of hiring the rug doctor are they any good for suites, I used one on my carpets once and they came up great but not tried cleaning a suite with it.

Heat and elbow grease, you could take it to bits and use gunk or similar outside.
