Good Everning ,
I had an account with Great Unersal Cataloge,since the 5th of April 2008
they have charged me charges to my account of Adminastration charge and Missed payment and Late payment fees. but they are all £ 12.00 CAN I STILL CLAIM THESE CHARGES AND INTEREST I will be very greatfull for any advice given.

    Isnt it spelled catalogue?
    When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
