Completley agree with discos! Maybe you should mention that they are always on special poffer flashed packs with 12 for the price of 6 to convince people to buy them, but when they do ( ie me) they are gutted as there is such a poxy amount in there.

For the price of a stamp, gotta be worth a stab!
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    Hi

I would complain. KP are very good actually.

I had a pack of crisps which had some black lumps in, i rang the number on the back of the pack and they explained they were carbon deposits which must not have been picked up after cooking. They took my address and two days later I had £5 worth of vouchers through the door. They never even asked to see the contents.

    Alright , don't milk it.
  • On the point of too much packaging I bought a large tub of vitamins Tesco branded and the tub was less than half full. On the tub it says new bigger value size. I had the empty old size tub at home, poured them in and it filled it up fine, they didn't need to change the size.

It must all be about marketing, it looks bigger so you *think* it's a better deal.

Oh and I always try and send off a quick letter with some feedback on things like this and any faulty or excellent products I find. Usually get a reply and sometimes vouchers.
