    Have you tried Norwich Union? They make a big play about how they commisioned their own digital terrain mapping system and had an airplane overfly the whole of the UK using side scan radar to generate highly accurate maps.

    They also collated river flow data and overlaid this on the terrain map to produce a highly accurate model to full postcode level.

    The Environment Agency maps are a blunt instrument by comparison. They may indicate the whole area will be flooded but NU claim to be able to narrow it to individual properties.
