Groceries might be a bit high, and emergency fund not normally allowed but leave as it. With your income being benefits you won't get an IPA anyway.

Have you checked the HP paperwork to see if theres a "bankruptcy" clause anywhere?

As far as the food goes you will need medical proof to back your claim up before the OR will allow such an ammount.

you wouldnt be allowed a cleaner on a soa...its classed as a luxury so therefore would have to come from any surplus you had left

Council tax....even though you have paid up list the monthly ammount it "would" have been...or the OR will question where you could find the cash to pay council tax upfront for a year

  • i do know someone who was allowed a cleaner on soa, was due to disability and them being unable to do it themselves.. i guess you could fight for it.
the HP car would concern me also..

@ tigerfeet 2006. hp/loan repayment are for car which i still owe just under 2000 OK have you checked with the HP co. that they will let yuo continue to pay the HP if you go BR?. I dont pay road tax, and i have paid up for this years community charge How will you pay next years? You should maybe try and save some towards it this year.. food wise, i have to eat lotts of meat etc as i have blood loss and enimea (not sure spelling is right) tablets are couseing me problems such as sickness etc You may be asked for a letter from your Dr to confirm this but just explain at the back why you need to pay extra.. will put 25 down for holliday, not had one for around 16 yeas or more. car insurance is fully comp with brakedown well done. and i have never had insurance as could not afford it, will look at it for now if thats better Yes definatly worth getting some, very useful for replacing the food if your freezer goes caput.. meny thanks. opps i have a cleaner once a week that costs me 20.00, no place to put that On the forms there will be a drop down box where you can add it.

As you are benefits you will not get an IPA but it is nice to have every thing looking right for the OR.
