Changing To BT

If you are with another provider how long does this take? I was with BT 2 years ago so I guess its a simply switch over?

If it is for broadband... you need a MAC code depending on the provider and that takes 5 working days. If it is just a line... it takes 11 working days and it is supposed to be relatively straight forward
