    Hi PP,

    Sorry to hear you're feeling this way, hope some of the suggestions help. Sometimes I get quite stressed, due to trying to juggle a million and one things at a time and working like a maniac (which strangely enough I love most of the time, just now and again it gets too much). I find it helps to keep a diary where I regularly sit and write about my thoughts and feelings about what's going on in my life, it helps me confront issues that maybe I wouldn't even think to discuss with people close to me and often after writing my problems and stresses down i feel so much better about them, definitely helps me sleep better. Maybe you could give it a go? (Secret confession- I have been doing this since I was about 16, have hundreds and hundreds of pages of A4 paper of diary, would be mortified if anyone read it!)

    My way of beating depression is to get myself a good book. It may not work for everyone but I find that I can lose myself and forget my worries.

    Ps if you go to the Money Savers Arms there are some good games to play that will take your mind off your worries for a while.
