    I tried using the direct link to the Beck's website to begin with, but it said the promotion had ended.

    I have just ordered two using the Facebook link. I got the confirmation message so the promotion is still running.

    When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

    Your right postal strikes may slow things down. The militant posties have announced further strike action aswell. Might be 2010 before they come.lol

    Just had an email:

    Thanks for requesting your own precision-designed Beck's Vier glass. Amazingly all 100,000 glasses were claimed in just five days. As a result, it might take a little longer for yours to arrive than we'd hoped. The glass should be with you within 56 days from your initial request, however we'll be doing all we can in the meantime to get it to you as soon as possible.
