Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is open to all persons who are aged 18 and over resident in the UK.
2. To claim your free Beck’s Vier glass log on to www.facebook.com/becksvier and log in to your Facebook account and fill in your details on the online redemption form and click Send. Once you submit your details and are successfully registered your claim will be automatically processed.
3. All Beck’s Vier glasses will be sent by second class post and delivered to the address provided on the on-line redemption form, and the participant must accept responsibility for arranging re-delivery or collection of the Beck’s Vier glass from the Post Office if there is no reply when delivery takes place.
4. Please allow up to 56 days for delivery
5. The Beck’s Vier glass on-line redemption form will be live from 18/10/09
6. A strictly limited stock of 100,000 Beck’s Vier glasses will be available for redemption over the duration of the promotion.
7. The promoter envisages that the promotion will continue until 30/11/09, subject to availability. Participants should be aware that this promotion operates on a first come first served basis and should the stock of 100,000 Beck’s Vier glasses be exhausted on a date before 30/11/09 the promotion will close at this earlier date.
8. Only two Beck’s Vier glasses can be redeemed per household.
9. If you do not hold an account with Facebook, to claim your free Beck’s Vier glass log on to www.becks.co.uk/becksvier and enter your date of birth and fill in your details on the online redemption form and click Send. Once you submit your details and are successfully registered your claim will be automatically processed. The same promotional periods will apply as those set out in paragraphs 6 and 7 above.
10. Only participants which are successfully registered on either website and fully comply with these Terms and Conditions will be sent a free Beck’s Vier glass.
11. No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter or its agents for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, completed or delayed computer transmission which affect the participant’s ability to redeem a free Beck’s Vier glass or for any other reason beyond its control.
12. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process the redemption.
13. The participant has until 01/02/10 to notify the Promoter that they have not yet received their Beck’s Vier glass otherwise the Promoter shall not be held responsible.
14. The promoter will take all reasonable steps to avoid disappointing participants.
15. The Beck’s Vier glass must be accepted as offered and is not transferable. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part.
16. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the redemption are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of any Beck’s Vier glass and the Promotion except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.
17. The Promoter shall not be held liable for systems failures at the handling house. Neither can they be held responsible for the failure to fulfill obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although they will endeavor to minimize the effect to the participant of such failure.
18. Individuals agree that their personal information will be used for the purpose of administering the redemption of the Beck’s Vier glass. Please note that in processing the information in this way the Promoter may disclose the information to other companies in its group or to third parties employed by the Promoter. Individuals should contact William Morris, InBev UK, 500 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LS if they do not want the Promoter to hold personal data for this purpose.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.
20. The Promoter will not be held liable to any participant for any fraud committed by any third party nor in an event beyond its control.
21. By participating in this promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the website and be bound by them.
22. The decision of the Promoter is final in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. These terms and conditions are subject to the Laws of England and Wales and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
